Biography
Chad Sweeting earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University in Florida where he graduated cum laude. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University, graduating in 2010. While at Rutgers, Chad competed on the Mock Trial Team and was president of the American Constitutional Society. He takes great pride in being the most organized and prepared lawyer in the courtroom
Mr. Sweeting focuses his practice on representing homeowners, business owners, and condominium associations who have experienced losses to their properties that were denied or underpaid by their insurance carriers. He handles all types of property insurance claims, including damages caused by wind, water, sinkhole, fire, flood, and construction defects.
