Biography

Donna DeVaney Stockham is the President of Stockham Law Group. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida in 1997 and she was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. She belongs to several professional associations including the Windstorm Insurance Network where she served as a Board Member for 4 years, the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA), Federal Association for Insurance Reform (FAIR), Board of Governors, and Florida Policyholder Cooperative (FPC), Executive Board Member. Mrs. Stockham represents homeowners, boat owners, business owners, condominium associations, hotels, restaurants, churches, and monasteries in property damage insurance litigation claims. Mrs. Stockham is often asked to speak to organizations and associations about property insurance law.

Mrs. Stockham is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, was selected for inclusion to the Florida Super Lawyers® list for ten (10) consecutive years and prior to that was selected as a Rising Star® from 2010-2012, selected to Florida Trend's 2016-2020 Florida Legal Elite, ranked by peers as one of Tampa's Top Lawyers published in The National Law Journal in 2012 and has been recognized by Tampa's Best Lawyers: The Definitive Guide to Legal Representation in Tampa, 2012 Edition.
