Article: On April 19, 2018, two group homes for the disabled in St. Petersburg, Florida were shut down by the government for “deplorable” living conditions. The two group homes, owned by Tampa Bay Behavioral Health, were supposed to provide care and treatment to developmentally disabled adults. Instead, neither home had running water or electricity.
